Orders

How long until my order is shipped?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-4 business days of purchase. This time is subject to change due to the nature of production and heavy order volumes.

When will I receive my order?
Most packages are delivered 3-5 days after being fulfilled.

Can I make modifications once my order is fulfilled?
Once we have fulfilled your order, we are unable to modify or adjust your order, including if you have provided a misspelled shipping address. If you have provided incorrect contact details at checkout, please email support@lomarestudios.com.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept payments from most major banks and other payment methods, which may vary per region, including, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

Can I cancel my order?
After submitting an order, you are unable to cancel your order. Please email support@lomarestudios.com should you need further assistance.

Can I add or remove items from my order?
After submitting your order, we are unable to amend your order, including changing sizes, removing or adding products or altering the delivery method selected at checkout.


Shipping and Returns

My package was stolen.
If your order was marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier company.

Please note: Lomare Studios is not liable for packages stolen after delivery is completed to the address provided by the customer.

Can I change the shipping method?
After your order has been confirmed, we are unable to alter the shipping method selected at checkout.

What is your Returns and Exchanges policy?

Product

How do your pieces fit?
Each piece is designed with intentional proportions. The silhouette: fitted, relaxed, or cropped, is noted in each product description. When in doubt, size up. Measurements are available on each product page.

What are your pieces made from?
Fabrication details are listed on each product page. Materials are the foundation of every design decision, not an afterthought.

Do pieces restock?
The Uniform Collection is always restocked. For all other pieces, restocks vary — follow us on Instagram for updates.
